All reports are compiled digitally and can be securely accessed online via one central hub.

Reports are professionally detailed to recognised industry standards and tailored to your requirements. 

Detailed narrative descriptions are combined with digital colour photography in all reports. 

An inventory inspection is carried out on the property, itemising fixtures, fittings, contents and the condition of the property, including furniture where applicable.

Before or at the start of tenancy:

We can meet your tenant at the property. 

Go through the report with them and obtain their digital signature at the property. 

Take meter readings and agree with the tenant where possible. 

List and hand over the property’s keys if required. 

Mid-term reports:

These can be arranged during a tenancy at an interval you choose. 

The interim report shows any changes in condition of fixtures and fittings. 

This can highlight damage from issues like faulty equipment or possible mistreatment. 

Helps identify potential liabilities early so they can be resolved before they worsen. 

At the end of tenancy:

We inspect the property (with or without the tenant present). 

Note any differences from the original inventory report. 

We can use other inventory providers reports if your request is a check-out report which we haven't been too before.

Compile a check-out report detailing condition and cleanliness. 

Any broken, damaged or missing items are recorded. 

Meter readings are taken where possible and keys can be accepted on behalf of the agent/landlord and returned if required.
